These junior account managers were assigned to handle our account, and needless to say, they were utterly underwhelming. The results? Non-existent. Our online presence remained stagnant. It was as if they were content with taking our money without delivering on their promises. We were locked into a six-month contract with no way out. Alpha Digital refused to let us terminate the agreement early. So there we were, stuck paying for a service that was doing more harm than good to our business.
