I don't recommend dealing with him, despite his inflated rating. He was a scammer. I ordered a presentation, but when it was 95% complete and it was time for an advance payment, he started threatening and cajoling me, but never transferred the money. I sent the revisions to a cheaper designer, and in the end, I practically got the presentation for free. I have all the screenshots and recordings of the interaction. I can provide them upon request.

We ordered a mobile app and were very pleased. Firstly, everything was completed very quickly and within the specified deadline, which is very rare in this field. Secondly, the specialists are very knowledgeable; they explain everything and offer advice on the best options. Thirdly, the developers took a personal approach; they took all our requests into account and developed the app from scratch to its launch. A huge thank you to the entire team. On February 18, 2021, FTG Company LLC entered into an Agreement with MOVE BUSINESS GROUP LLC for a total of 750,000 tenge. The purpose of the Agreement was to create a website (online store). After we made the initial payment of 225,000 tenge on February 20, 2021, company director Ivan Vostrikov informed us that mockups for online store design approval would be ready within a couple of weeks. Two months passed, but the mockups were still not ready. During this time, several managers changed in the WhatsApp group created by Ivan Vostrikov, and after our calls, mockups were periodically sent that did not meet the technical specifications. On April 24, 2021, we received the mockups, which we approved, signed an interim agreement, and paid the second tranche of 300,000 tenge. According to the terms of the Agreement, after signing the interim certificate and receiving payment, the Contractor must deliver a completed online store within 25 business days. As of June 27, 2021, the online store has still not been delivered. After our calls and emails to the group, we periodically receive links to an online store that doesn't meet the technical specifications and approved layouts. MOVE BUSINESS GROUP LLC has violated the terms of the Agreement. As of today, the terms of the Agreement have still not been met. As of September 4, the website has still not been delivered... I'll add to my review: the website was finally delivered to us with great difficulty in the fall. We were simply forced to sign the documents. As a result, the website barely loads, it's simply impossible to use, the admin panel doesn't work properly, and errors constantly occur. Clearly, we'll need to order a new website from a reputable company. How can we recover from such stress, anxiety, and the loss of money? We're still dealing with the consequences of dealing with this disastrous organization. The organization responded below that additional work had been performed, which is not true. After signing the completion certificate, the managers stopped answering their phones, so the comment regarding technical support is also false. The only time they contacted us was a week ago, in February 2022, when they asked us to remove the honest review. We naturally refused.

We ordered a Telegram bot from this company. We received a crude product with a ton of bugs. When we asked for fixes, we were ignored. Managers didn't respond to our inquiries. After five months of trying to establish communication, we met with the director, I.S. Vostrikov. Instead of fixing the bot, he offered us additional services for an additional fee.
