Allora Restaurant Bar Great for gatherings! Quiet, cosy and comfortable β spacious enough even for larger groups. Just be prepared to spend a bit more π Food is classic Italian style: good quality, though portions are modest. The bread has a lovely texture. A nice surprise: We were given a complimentary a slice of birthday cake, beautifully presented and delicious! Appreciate πππ» Visiting, satisfying β overall experience is up to individual preference.ππ
I stopped doing food review for a while but this restaurant truly deserves a raving review. The complimentary bread and tomato sauce is truly divine. I had the Lido Barramundi and my wife ordered spaghetti. Desert was lemon sorbet and rocher. Every dish scores a win. This is truly a gem at Crowne Plaza and itβs next to Terminal 3. Will be back for more gastronomical delights.
We were served by a very friendly and helpful Kar Khei on our first visit here today. The place was filled up quickly on a Wednesday evening. The ribeye medium rare was nicely done. We also enjoyed the Regina Parma Ham pizza that was filled with Tomato Sauce, Fresh Mozzarella, Parma Ham, Shaved Parmesan, Fresh Basil and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Lastly the SautΓ© di Cozze - Steamed Mussels in White Wine, Garlic, Olive Oil, Parsley. Served with Toasted Focaccia Bread. Overall it was a good first experience as we enjoyed our evening here at Allora.
Had a booking at 5pm for outdoor seats with my doggo. Staff came out and said that pets are not allowed inside which I responded, i understand. Few minutes later while we're seated waiting for the other person to arrive, same staff came out and told me that pets are only allowed outdoors and cannot go in at all. I responded that I'm fully aware about the pet policy before coming. Few minutes later while I was on call, another staff came out and ask if I have a booking, I said yes I have a booking at 5pm. I thought he will pass me a menu. No menu came so I was browsing it from their website. The 2nd person came and went in to order, at the end the staff came out to take our order. Though the few times staff came out, they remain courteous but it just gives a different feel. FOOD: we ordered pizza which is fantastic and quinoa salad which is also excellent. Atmosphere: spacious and comfortable seats with shelters provided at the dining area only. But some tables are more sheltered, great when there's rain showers. No outdoor fans or coolers, bring your own mini fans for your furries. Best to come early for breakfast or after 5pm. Above all, thank you for making your outdoor area pet-friendly.
Ordered one veggie pizza and one risotto as the vegetarian options are limited. Pizza was good. Risotto on the other hand was too salty. Service wise was a disappointment except for one staff, Khoji, who serves with sincerity. The rest of the staff should learn from him. The whole experience from the staff in general felt like they are there just for the job, sometimes inpatient. The placemat is not changed after each customer. I wonder the level of hygiene. We were there for birthday celebration but the food and the staff made us change a venue for part two of the celebrations.
