We are having the most terrible experience with Alliance Group. Their sales staff was very friendly until we signed a purchase agreement. We paid in full / cash for an investment apartment at Alliance Privilege but when it was time to deliver it as promised, their after-sales team stopped communicating, gave us false date for delivery, and 7 months later the apartment is still not ready. Alliance Privilege is a stunning building but everything is delayed on and on. There is no management company in effect. The Marriott hotel itself (lower 12 floors) is 6+ months behind schedule too. No Gym and no Pool. No restaurants. No Casino. Everything is taking forever to finish. - We will never buy from that company again.
