Our experience with Allcorp was extremely disappointing and ultimately ended up being resolved in our favour at the QCAT Tribunal. From the outset they consistently overestimated their technical competency, continually over promising and under delivering. We provided a clear and tight brief, agreed on realistic expectations, and made payments in good faith, but those expectations were largely ignored and/or not met throughout the project. Communication on creative topics was extremely difficult, at times abrasive and deadlines/deliverables repeatedly failed to materialise. When concerns were raised, they were met with uncooperative and often rude responses. Instead of working with us to resolve issues and meet our expectations, it felt as if our requirements were treated as a burden and an inconvenience rather than simply part of the brief to be delivered. What was supposed to be a straightforward website project turned into months of frustration, wasted time, and ultimately significant additional expense, as we had to go to an alternate agency to undertake the website build from scratch. If you are considering using this company, we would strongly recommend doing thorough due diligence first. Look closely at their portfolio, insist on speaking directly with the individual(s) who will actually be building your site, and search online for independent reviews and experiences before committing. We would never like to go through a process like this again and based upon our experience, could not recommend Allcorp for this type of work.
