I am giving Brandon, Michael, and Andrew a well-deserved 5-star review. I originally called regarding a low water pressure issue and to have my tankless water heater flushed. While on-site, Michael explained the benefits of a water softener system; his expertise immediately convinced me of how it would protect my water heater and improve our overall water quality. ​Brandon and Michael returned the following day to complete the water heater flush and replace my shower cartridges. Brandon reiterated what Michael had explained and went into further depth on the benefits of the water softener. His customer service, knowledge, and experience regarding the installation were truly amazing. They both went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure everything was perfect. ​These gentlemen were professional, and their customer service was exceptional. It is rare to find this level of quality these days. Because of employees like them, I am now a loyal member of All City Plumbing. I sincerely hope the company acknowledges and rewards these professionals for their hard work. Thank you, gents—from a very satisfied customer!

This is my second time using All City and once again they did an amazing job! My AC stopped blowing cold air and I was able to schedule someone to come the next morning. Daniel R. was my technician and he was very friendly and professional. He clearly explained my options for repair/replacement along with Chris. They were both very thorough with everything and kind. I decided to replace my HVAC unit and outdoor condenser and the process couldn’t have been easier with Daniel’s and Chris’s help. A few days later Juan and David came out for the installation and they did a great job and left everything very clean and working great! I highly recommend this company!

The service was great. Steven was open and easy to talk to while doing maintenance on my AC system. Answered questions I had in a way that was easily understandable. Would definitely recommend All city plumbing, air & electrical to neighbors and family. If I need service again I would love if Steven came by again.

It was a Friday morning and the leak in my mother-in-law’s bathroom sink started just after I got to work. After a quick Google search I found All City Plumbing. They were able to send a technician to my house within a few hours. And the service was absolutely outstanding. Carlos N arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything clearly before getting to work. He was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. He completed the work efficiently and left the work space spotless. Fair pricing, exceptional workmanship, and super friendly service — I couldn’t recommend him more highly. All City technician Johnny was extremely knowledgeable about my air conditioning system. He was able to provide great insight regarding the system and the different approaches that I could take to extend the life of my AC. He also took the time to explain what he was doing and why he was checking certain components which is almost unheard of these days. Great job!
