Al Capone's Sembawang

Tried a couple of Al Capone across Singapore, and I'm glad to say the quality of the Guinness and Mafia Wings still remains! If its your first time and stay within the Sembawamg area, Al Capone is your go-to for proper quality and priced Guinness. Their foods while its not mindblowing it does hit the right spots and are well done in its own rights. Kudos to the friendly staff that is attentive and warm

They place was barely filled on 10 May at 830pm..we ordered out food. The table could hardly hold our food and drink, we requested for a bigger table as the place was vacant. The service person can tell as that the table were reserved.... At 1020pm, we finished our dinner, the place was still empty as 8.30pm. so what's with the reservation as mentioned to us...what kind of story was that??? Pls stop giving such tales...you will brush off customers with such lies.

Deafening music from the 80s with typical pub food belies the exhilarating presentation on the serving plate. You either have to cup your hand and speak into the other person's ear or you will just have to shout across the table. The butter chicken could have been better to go with naan rather than bread. The wings are mediocre and probably a bit more on the disappointing end.

We were 5 of us...there was so many seats available. But we were refused to sit there. They made us sit together in small table and added a two small chairs. This made us sit together very closely. We are paying a lot of money so we deserve a decent place sitting.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. The biggest issue was the staff — they were dismissive, unhelpful, and at times outright rude. Simple requests felt like an inconvenience, and there was no effort to provide even basic customer service. A bar’s atmosphere depends heavily on its staff, and this completely ruined what could have been a good night. I won’t be returning unless there’s a serious improvement in how guests are treated.
