We’ve had a very disappointing experience with Ajile Media. Over the past 6 months, we have received zero leads, which is unacceptable for a paid marketing service. We’ve sent countless emails asking for updates and clarity on what’s being done, but communication has been extremely poor. Scheduling calls has been nearly impossible—they seem to operate on their timeline, not the customer’s. That’s not how a service-based business should work. At this point, we’ve made the decision to move on to another marketing company. Unfortunately, Ajile has now gone completely silent and is not responding to requests for our information, which feels like our data is being held hostage. To be fair, they started off strong, but over the past year the service has declined significantly. We’ve always paid on time and have tried to handle this professionally, but we’ve been met with empty promises again and again. I believe they may have good intentions, but the execution just isn’t there. If your business depends on consistent marketing results and communication, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
