Very professional and fast service. Ethan was able to identify the cause of the problem within minutes and fixed our old fridge defrost sensor within 1/2 hour. Appreciate the same day urgent service. Boss was very nice over the phone when we accidentally double paid and refunded the amount immediately. Highly recommended for friendly, fuss-free, honest and transparent pricing.
I'm so impressed by the fridge repair service by Alex! He came the day after I enquired and everything was fixed within 3 hours for a very reasonable rate. Prices for everything were clearly explained before he proceeded and he ensured everything was working and made me check before I signed off and paid. Would 💯 recommend -- super happy to hear it was not a compressor issue and no attempt to upsell, esp cos 4 other firms refused to do Smeg repairs at all. I engaged them to assist with the foul smell from my freezer. $70 for transport and check. Fine. They came told me they will do cleaning but no warranty. Since they are already at my place i told them to proceed. Price agreed was $220. They did a 10min job, spray some hot water at the coil and use hair dryer to dry. When we told them the smell is still there they just told us it can be like that one..maybe because of food. Feeling unhappy after they left, we decided to unscrew the lower compartment at the back of the fridge. It was filled with foul smelling water. End up we have to do the cleaning on our own despite paying $220. Overall is a scam. Do not engage them.

Highly recommend Ethan for fridge repair services. My Hitachi fridge suddenly completely blacked out and stopped working. Ethan came around 11.30am and stayed all the way till 3.30pm to troubleshoot and repair it patiently. He changed the motherboard (even though it was not the original part) and managed to get my fridge working again perfectly. Very hardworking, knowledgeable and responsible. He explained the issue clearly and made sure everything was working before leaving. Thank you for saving my fridge!
