We recently replaced our old Samsung air-conditioning system with a brand new Mitsubishi system and had all the piping redone by Airple. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. A smooth seamless first time experience! From booking to post-sales care, this company is very efficient and responsive. The primary channel of communication was WhatsApp and they were even responding to my messages late on Saturday night 😲!! So kudos to the admin team💖. Post-service I received a check-in msg and a detailed report of the service timeline and pictures of work done. It was all very proper and transparent. I engaged Airple coz there was pigeon poop everywhere on my aircon ledge so I engaged them to clean it and the condenser unit and also install a net to prevent pigeons from nesting ( attached pictures of the before and after). It’s quite a labour intensive job so it took a few hours to complete but I’m very pleased with the results and how meticulous the technician Vincent and his team was 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻, great job!

The whole journey from initial contact, to site survey to installation was thoroughly professional and impeccable. Communication was managed by Summer. Very attentive, patient and knowledgeable. I was replacing my System 4 after like 18 years. Naturally I have my concerns. But Summer attended to my queries thoroughly despite uncomfortable questions on Nitrogen flushing. On-site, it was a 2 men team (4 at times) led by Koko. Competent, professional and assured. Polite attending to my questions while trying to complete the job within the day. The expertise of the teams give customer a lot of confidence and peace of mind. Vincent went out of his way to buy a tin of paint to match my walls. A very experience technician and customer oriented too. Both teams worked tirelessly, skipping lunch and I had to asked them to stop for a lunch break. Summer knowing I had trouble with the warranty registration, volunteered to register for me. She is always very prompt to respond to my text. I would definitely recommend Airple to anyone I know.
