2 unit service done by Karthik arrive at 9.37am and done 10.01am (Super fast). For $55 service was very basic, it was cheap but…. Not sure why did not remove casing to clean. just lift front cover to clean and vacuum and wash mesh only. Maybe I should consider for other detail servicing clean for future serving….

Contacted the vendor in the morning at 8+, requested for same day servicing. Their response was prompt and accurate - came at 2 when they said that they will be here between 2-4. Pleasant service all around!

Requested for them to remove my aircon system and the team that came did a splendid job. From the removal of units, piping and casing and patching of holes all was done with care and consideration to the home. Cleanup was spotless and they engage us to ensure quality is to our requirement. Totally professional.

Staffs are dishonest and unprofessional. Before removing the air con for chemical wash quoted me one price but after service charged me another price higher (and he doesn’t admit he quoted me the lower price earlier). Also, another staff smoke e-cigarettes during washing the main unit outside. Most impt is when I get another company for servicing, the technician complains what did your last serving do? Screws all got missing and some parts of the air con never get cleaned ! I have never experience such a poor a/c servicing in Singapore. I wonder if the earlier reviews are fake.
