They took the time to provide practical advice and recommendations, which made the decision-making process much easier. The installation of all four air-conditioning units was carried out professionally and efficiently. What impressed me most was that the team ensured the work area was properly cleaned up after the installation was completed, which reflects their attention to detail and commitment to good service. Overall, I am very satisfied with the experience and would not hesitate to recommend Aircon Uncle to anyone looking for air-conditioning installation or servicing. The installers from Air Con Uncle were fantastic from start to end. I am very impressed with their entire process from their sales team, workmanship, pricing to price transparency. I reached out to around 10 aircon companies and picked them so you skip this process. To start with our project was a little difficult as we wanted to install a second compressor in house. There were many limitations with the electrical cables, position of the water pipe, where to put the compressor and more. Many other aircon companies i consulted were unable to give the recommendations and suggestions that Air-con uncle gave to ensure (1) the aesthetics of the house is maintained and (2) safety was good. What also impressed was the fact that out of all the companies, Aircon uncle was the only one that had done their homework on the feasibility of installing a second aircon for electrical loading and permits for my house. The installation was also excellent. During preparation, Jason and Long covered our entire house carefully. They then impressed me with their efficient installation and clean up. Each step was executed with care and efficiency. Now, the most important part, the price. While Aircon uncle's initiate quote was a little higher than other air con companies, after the site visit, a lot of companies gave me a way higher mark up than what was originally quoted. Aircon uncle's price stayed relatively the same, becoming one of the cheaper quotes. While other companies were selling mark ups of an "upgraded pipes", "better brackets", "more expensive cables needed due to powerful compressor", all these are already included in the initiate quote by Air Con uncle. The transparency and pricing made this entire experience a fantastic one from start to end.
