I called this company to service my air conditioner because it was not working. That same night, the AC broke down again, so I’m honestly not sure what they “fixed.” They claimed they had used gas to suction/clean my AC, but when I called another company the next day, I was told it was still dirty. They charged an exorbitant $400, and later claimed my water compressor needed replacement, quoting another $1,500 (for reference, i enquired other companies for water compressor replacement pricing and it’s around $300-400). If the compressor was the real issue from the start, why didn’t they diagnose it earlier instead of making me pay twice? When I requested a refund (since my AC was never properly serviced), I offered to cover the service and transport fees. The owner agreed. However, his technician, “Yap”, refunded me only $150, insinuating that their “service and transport fee” alone was $250, which is completely unreasonable. It gets worse. Yap ignored my messages, then finally responded with an angry voice message, shouting and insisting he serviced two AC units, even though that was never part of the refund agreement. The owner told me to discuss it directly with Yap, but Yap was impossible to communicate with- rude, unprofessional, and unresponsive. To make matters worse, they left a mess behind after “servicing” the AC. This entire experience feels like a scam- dishonest pricing, poor workmanship, and zero accountability. Yap has no professionalism, ethics, or compassion. Avoid this company at all costs. There are far more reliable and transparent AC service providers out there with reasonable pricing

Came on the same day despite no one else wanting to take the job. Managed to fix my fridge. Super satisfied!
