From our very first visit, our assigned staff member, Ms. K, was incredibly attentive and helpful, allowing us to choose truly wonderful rings that perfectly matched our hands, preferences, and feelings. She even kindly posed for photos when we picked up our rings (lol), making it a truly memorable day. The after-sales service is also excellent, and with multiple locations, we know we can easily go if anything comes up, which is very reassuring. When I was choosing my ring, they offered various suggestions, including advice on size and design. The staff were very polite and calm, and I was very impressed. When I picked it up, they allowed me to take photos with various backgrounds, and they even took photos to celebrate with me. I'm glad I bought it here. 🥰

Because my hands are small, there aren't many rings that suit me, but I was able to choose one that I liked! They were very kind and listened to my concerns, and the time I was choosing and receiving the ring was so exciting and fun 😆

The store is very clean, and I was a little nervous about entering at first, but it was great. - I was able to find the ring that suited me best. (But they respect my preferences, so choosing was a lot of fun.) - I think they have a wide selection. - The staff are all very kind. - They're always quick to ask if I want a refill, so it's a comfortable and attentive atmosphere. I think even people who don't know anything about rings can feel at ease browsing here. I'm glad I chose this store, and I'd recommend it to my friends.
