We asked for wedding rings. After our meeting, they drew us an original design and allowed us, as a couple, to experience part of creating our circle of love. It's a memory that will last a lifetime. We also parked our car in the shopping arcade car park behind UFJ for the meeting and experience, and were given a parking ticket.

I asked for my wedding ring to be resized. I'm so happy to be able to wear it again after two and a half years and it's looking as good as new. Thank you so much.

I bought a casual ring. There were lots of lovely designs that were easy to wear every day, and the adjustment was so quick I almost flipped it over. Apparently, she originally designed silver rings, so her skills are guaranteed. She has a portfolio on display, so if you're interested, it might be fun to take a look. The shop was small, but had a calm, relaxed atmosphere that was easy to spend time in. The owner was friendly and easy to talk to, and I had a great time, losing track of time. I heard she's considering some recommended jewelry, so if she does, I'd definitely like to buy some again someday. 👓️ The special seasonal coffee was absolutely delicious!

I ordered a custom-made baby ring. I'm happy with the finished product. However, the delivery date passed, and I still haven't heard anything. I inquired on LINE, but notifications were turned off, so there was no reply. I finally got a reply after commenting on Instagram, but they said it would be ready by the weekend, and two weeks have passed since then, and I still haven't heard anything. I don't mind the delivery being delayed. As long as they've just given me a message. If you don't mind that kind of thing, I think you can look forward to it.

I requested that a diamond pendant given to me by my husband be remade into a ring. The shop owner was kind and cheerful, especially towards children. I left the pendant on September 3rd and was told it would take about a month, so I waited, expecting it to be finished around October 3rd or a few days later. By October 15th (about a month and a half later), there was still no contact. Worried, I contacted them via their official LINE account, but it remained unread after two days. Feeling anxious, I called them and was told it would be ready by the end of October. (Wait, wasn't it supposed to be a month later?) I understand that delays can happen due to various circumstances, and a simple message would have been enough for me to understand. The lack of any communication made me think they were being irresponsible. After that, I visited the shop several times, but the shutters were always down and the shop was closed. Even on the night of October 30th, there was still no contact. Frightened, I consulted with others, who said, "It's strange and unbelievable that they haven't contacted you," and "That shop doesn't seem to understand that they're entrusted with someone's precious belongings," and I agreed. After the consultation, I contacted their official LINE account and received a reply the next morning that was just two lines long: "I will be at the gallery after 2 PM on the 31st, so any time is fine." I realized this wasn't just a matter of being careless; it was on a completely different level. If I were the shop owner, I wouldn't dare to postpone a customer's jewelry without notice, close the shop, and leave them unresponsive. It would completely destroy their trust. When I went to pick up the finished item, the shop owner came out as if nothing had happened. All the anxiety I had felt up to that point overwhelmed me, and I burst into tears. I explained about their previous handling of the situation, but they didn't say anything about it. Moreover, my husband, who came with me, told me that the owner looked completely bewildered, as if they had no idea what I was complaining about. They were kind to my child, so I don't think they're a bad person. My personal impression is that they're incredibly naive, to an unbelievable degree, and perhaps they're simply incapable of doing basic human decency. The remade ring was of good quality. It's a really hard feeling, wondering why they're wasting their potential despite having such great skills... (Addendum) I read your reply. I reviewed the store's sloppiness, but there's a long, rambling, and mysterious excuse for the delayed delivery. Even though the owner handled it, it says something nonsensical like "our store's training is insufficient." They might be desperate to avoid giving a bad impression to those reading the reviews, but I don't think that's where they should be focusing their energy. "I think you posted this with the feeling that you don't need a store like ours" ← That's so rude, it's almost funny. You won't see anything clearly unless you ask for advice from third parties instead of trying to do everything yourself. From what I've heard, I don't think they're a bad person at all. I hope the store can move in a positive direction.
