I had a very disappointing experience with this organization and would strongly advise others to proceed with caution before engaging their services. My interactions with the team, including Junaid Siddiqui, Masood Pravez, and their associates, were far from professional and raised serious concerns about trust and accountability. At one point, they restricted access to my company’s Google Workspace account, effectively holding critical business data hostage. This included threats of deleting important content and freezing access entirely, which could have caused significant operational and financial damage. Such actions are not only unprofessional but also highly unethical, especially when dealing with essential business infrastructure. What was most concerning was the lack of transparency and responsible communication throughout the process. Instead of working toward a resolution, the situation escalated unnecessarily, creating stress and risk for my business. In any professional relationship, especially one involving sensitive systems and data, a baseline level of integrity and reliability is expected—unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would strongly recommend thoroughly evaluating alternatives and ensuring clear contractual safeguards before working with this team. Businesses should not have to worry about losing access to their own systems or being placed in vulnerable positions due to the actions of a service provider.
