Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience from this place! My colleague recently reached out to this agency with several important questions. The inquiry was specifically directed to Manuela, as she was identified as someone familiar with the cultural background. My friend, having dealt with multiple agencies in the past, specifically asked two crucial questions to ensure transparency: 1. Are they judgmental towards businesses or products? 2. Do they engage in marketing through their accounts? The moment these two questions were posed to Manuela, she abruptly stopped responding. Those questions have been asked in the first email!!! That been sent to MD Marketing. You need to answer your clients' questions via email first and not send them to "Google meet" to "conclude a bargain". Clients are not just money, they are flesh and blood first, ok? This level of unprofessionalism is utterly unacceptable! For an agency to suddenly cease communication after direct and relevant questions is a significant red flag. My friend, and frankly, myself and several colleagues, will never consider engaging with this agency again. I've rated them two stars, though they deserve less, simply to highlight this issue. I predict they will find an excuse or won't even bother to follow up or address this, which only reinforces our negative experience. A truly professional and caring establishment would have a manager or senior representative reach out to dissatisfied clients to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction. Until then, no excuse, especially not from their "boss" – which you might see in response to this review – will be acceptable. Save yourselves the wasted email or phone call. Thank you.
