I came to Labmedia Agency on a recommendation to develop some projects, and honestly, they exceeded our expectations. Not only is their expertise evident, but their personalized approach is also remarkable. They meet deadlines perfectly and stay up-to-date with the latest technological trends. They have a large and impressive portfolio of clients, which gave us confidence. I want to highlight the dedication of the team that handled the entire process; despite our constant requests and changes, they had the patience and skill to fulfill them. In short, five stars—I recommend them without hesitation.

Initially, I planned to give it 5 stars; however, something about LabMedia bothered me, and that's their response time. At first, they told me the website would be ready by a specific date, which they failed to meet. I then followed up by contacting them through various channels (email, WhatsApp, Instagram) to find out when my website would be ready, and they finally replied. From then on, they were helpful and kept an eye on the website's completion. However, as the days went by, I made changes such as correcting spellings and adding details, sending corporate emails, and receiving a step-by-step manual for using the website's tools. They took far too long with the manual, and I persisted. While they eventually sent it, they still needed to add some details to my website, such as locations for in-person support. On another note, as I understand it, LabMedia also provides advertising services. On Wednesday, October 22nd, I contacted them with some questions regarding advertising and the website add-on, as they apparently require codes I'm not familiar with. That same day, they told me they were in a meeting and would call me back as soon as they finished. Since then, I've written to them, sent voice messages, and to date, I haven't received any response, and the month is almost over. Based on my experience and opinion, for people who want to start a business and need their services quickly, I suggest you avoid LabMedia. The long waiting times and lack of responsiveness ultimately cause anxiety, and I say this from personal experience, as I haven't been able to launch my website as I'd hoped because of this. So, if you want speed, look for other agencies.

They are a complete sham, unprofessional! I paid for a two-page one-page promotion for $300,000, and they only made one, with terrible service. And they never made the second website. I've been trying to contact them for a year, and nothing! TERRIBLE! Please don't use their services! It'll be a bad time!
