So far, I've been receiving terrible customer service. We've been working on this for months, and my website still isn't ready. The first payment was due on August 21st. They schedule meetings, but the staff doesn't show up. They don't give me any deadlines. The designer was assigned on August 28th, and it's now November 6th. How much longer do I have to wait?
