This will surely be the start of a long-term relationship. Update: As time went on and the execution progressed, the experience didn't live up to expectations. There was a misalignment between what had been planned and how the campaigns were managed, including pauses on campaigns that were still active and had available funds, as well as new proposals without properly closing out what was already underway. While the service was always friendly and the refund of the outstanding balance was processed without any issues, the work model didn't fit our needs or the budget defined from the beginning. I think it could be an option for businesses with a different pace and structure, but in our case, it wasn't the best long-term experience.
