The Tops
I worked with the One agency in the last quarter of 2024 and paid over $23,000 for their services. Not only did we never reach the promised goals (1 million views in 90 days), but the One agency also failed to honor its money-back guarantee. Not only did we lose $23,000, but to make matters worse, we lost a TikTok account because, against our wishes, the One agency decided to buy views using TikTok's paid option. Following their involvement, we experienced our worst month on record in terms of revenue.
Incredible service: fast, professional, and comprehensive. The team guided me from the very beginning, answered all my questions, and created everything I needed. The number one agency in Quebec.
I'm very happy with my experience with One so far. The team members are available and very friendly. We have a lot of fun during filming, and everything runs very smoothly. Communication with the whole team is also easy and pleasant. I highly recommend them!
