In 2023, we entrusted the Lumy agency with the creation of the digital environment for Radio BOA (DAB+), a new regional community radio station in Brittany. This project brings together 15 local radio stations within a federation, CORLAB (Coordination of Local and Community Radio Stations of Brittany). The initial project was ambitious and complex: to build a platform for sharing programs between our stations, using an application integrating a sophisticated server and hosting system, connected to a website featuring original and impactful graphic design, and providing our listeners with podcasts and HD streams from all the stations. The Lumy agency was very enthusiastic about our project from the outset, and given that they are a very friendly and competent team, working with them has been a pleasure! The Lumy team listened carefully to our needs in developing these tools, and today we maintain regular contact to finalize the project and look towards the future. This is a team that is constantly searching for the best technical solutions to ultimately achieve optimal performance. If we are patient, if we don't want everything all at once, then in the end, we achieve more than satisfactory results, and that's what matters most. November 2025 Update: For the past two years, this radio application solution has evolved considerably and is adapting to the new needs of our radio stations and current technological developments, including AI, which will allow us to take a significant step forward in supporting our Breton and Gallo language productions. The Lumy team is made up of passionate individuals who are constantly striving to find simple and stable solutions to make our lives easier and allow us to focus on our editorial missions, with a stable and reassuring digital environment. Congratulations to Lumy for their passion and work in service of our community radio stations!
A huge thank you to the Lumy agency team who perfectly understood our needs for developing version 1 of our software. Furthermore, they successfully managed communications between us and Google to obtain the necessary permissions. We will continue to work with you for our future updates!
I hired LUMY to develop a front- and back-office application for an innovative service where we had virtually no tools and everything had to be built from scratch. I'm extremely satisfied with the entire team because they listen to our needs, find solutions, and take the time to explain the technical aspects in simple terms, which isn't always easy for those new to IT. :) Version 1 is finished and is saving us valuable time! They are now proactive in developing new features that will allow us to expand our model. More than just an agency, I consider them key partners!
The Lumy agency assisted us in redesigning our website. We collaborated for four months, during which the team was always responsive, efficient, and innovative. The results were greatly appreciated by everyone. A big thank you to Laura and the entire team.
First Lumy client (early 2021) on the advice of one of the trainers from the school they had just left... Happy to be working with promising and ambitious people... (Maybe a little too much). Initially very happy because Allysia (who has since left the company) understood my project perfectly. My site has the desired features and design. However, the site delivery was rushed, practically nonexistent. 120 euros charged to remove two words from a button. You understand... it's a flat fee... After a few months, I noticed that the checkbox for SEO hadn't been unchecked. Beginner's mistake, or a technical one? Today, after coaching, I realize they copied WooCommerce without working with the native code... My WooCommerce isn't updating even though I've been updating my plugins... My site could have crashed at any moment... Lack of transparency? Using questionable techniques to retain clients? Lack of professionalism? If needed, after two years of research, I can recommend honest developers... It's always tricky to leave a negative review for developers, because we risk being targeted for malicious activity...
