The two technicians, Hossain and Maruf, did an excellent job. They were friendly, polite, and professional throughout. They replaced my circuit breaker, LED light, and wall socket in under an hour—very fast and efficient service.

I contacted AFRA ENGINEERING at around 10:00 PM, and they arrived within minutes. They quickly checked on the issue and provided a quote for the replacement parts before carrying out the repair. Even though based on my knowledge wiring can just be change out but the technician insisted that parts needed to changed. Give the benefit of doubt and proceeded anyway. After replacing the necessary parts, all of my electrical appliances were working perfectly again. I'm very impressed by their prompt response, professionalism, and efficient service. My whole place has no electricity yesterday, engage AFRA Engineering after looking through google. Electrician believe to be bangladeshi came around 30mins, as i’m not home and only my wife and helper is home. I spoke to him through the phone. He mention has to change 2 parts which cost $140 x 2 + transport $60 total $340. I told him to check FIRST!! but he keep enphasizing have to changed 2 parts to work. In the end I told him to check first and if change CAN leave the faulty part with me. In the end told me just change 1 part is enough. Total paid $140 + $60 transport = $200. In the end!! There is no electricity to my heater. I engage another electrician today to check. The new electrician told me the part that i change yesterday is never faulty. The whole caused is just loose wiring. And $140 for the part + installation is too expensive. The new electrician just tightened the wiring and everything works fine. Engaged at your own risks.

Afra Engineering is so nice . They are very early to go in our house . They do very well and fast to do the jobs specially when we very need to fix our power trip. thank you afra engineering and i love to cal you again if something happen again in our house .

I engaged the electrical service of Afra Engineering on 12 Feb 2026 to replace a faulty kitchen light. Anwar who answered my query was prompt in his quote after I WhatsApp him a photo of the light. He explained to me only the LED light needs to be replaced and he quoted me excluding the light cover. I appreciated his honesty in not trying to get me to replace the whole set of light. His electricians were dispatched to my house after our call. They were experienced and efficient and did a great job within a short time. I am impressed with the service.
