Mr Tang is easy to talk to. He explained very clearly what he would do since we have an old a/c model. Price is reasonable. Offered warranty unlike the other service company. True to their commitment to give a quality service. Hoping for More clients in the future.
Initially was adviced by other company we need to do chemical overhaul for all units, but the team came and told me that they will check and advice accordingly. The lead technician is detailed and gave his honest evaluation that chemical wash is enough for the blower. They are professional and detailed during the cleaning, despite its already evening on a Saturday. No hard selling in fact helped me save alot. Definitely will engage the the same team again for my next servicing.
