I have an excellent relationship with my contact person, Frederik. At our first meeting, we went through, in collaboration with the web designer Michael, how the new website should look, what values for my company I wanted to highlight, and in which areas of the country my ads should run. My experience was that it wasn't far from thought to action, and within just a few days a ready-to-run website was delivered. Frederik constantly updates it with new customer testimonials, pictures and video, so that it fits nicely on the site. Through my ads that Frederik has set up, I have received several good assignments in the order book, and it has actually relatively quickly reached a point where we have significantly reduced the marketing budget, as I don't have room in the calendar for more. It must be said to be a success. In terms of communication, according to my wishes, it mostly takes place via text message. It is super easy to send Frederik my wishes or questions about changes, and then he takes care of it.
