Poor communication, waiting several days for emails is the norm, and not every email gets a response. Ultimately, the agency didn't answer why the campaign was operating this way; they had no new ideas, and were willing to continue blowing the budget. The collaboration lasted from October to November. January update: They called asking what they could do to change/delete the reviews; they were supposed to get back to me after analyzing the email correspondence. They haven't done anything besides commenting in response to my review. No response to my emails for over a month. Based on my review, I see that new positive reviews have started appearing, so this is how they're solving the problem. I ended up receiving a pre-litigation letter asking for the reviews to be removed.
