The work was excellent. The quality is top-notch, and the delivery was completed faster than promised. But... If they promised to call you as soon as your order was ready, don't believe them. Call them yourself and check. They'll brazenly tell you that you didn't answer, but someone else called. That's dishonest of them, hence the one-star deduction. If they'd worked on a prepaid basis, they'd have gotten through right away.

The wait time is incomprehensible! First, the girl says the wait time is 1 hour, 5 minutes later it's 2 hours, and 15 minutes later, my classmate asks, the wait time is 30 minutes! How can this be? I have no idea what to make of this!!! I have a bad impression of the employee's work.

I ordered photo wallpaper from the website this company uses. I didn't get to see the mockup because I was in the hospital, and my husband had to go. If I had seen the mockup, I would have immediately realized that this company wasn't professional in its services. This conclusion came later, when I picked up the finished product myself. The print quality is atrocious! Not a single shade matches the original! 3,400.00 rubles in the trash. I will try to warn all my friends, acquaintances, and relatives never to use this company for such services. Even one star is too much.
