Very disappointing experience with Adventure Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for my final year project. I was promised that both the hardware and AI/software parts would be completed and delivered within a week after payment. Based on that assurance, I paid the amount as requested. However, only the sensor/hardware part was provided. Even after making the full payment, the software was never delivered. For nearly two months, I kept calling and following up, but all I received were repeated promises such as "we will update you" or "the software team will contact you." There was no proper response, no accountability, and no professional communication. My final project review and submission deadline arrived, and I still had not received the promised software. I was forced to complete the AI part myself and finish the project independently to avoid affecting my academics. Despite numerous follow-ups, I have still not received a proper resolution or refund. Students choose project centers expecting guidance, timely delivery, and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience was the exact opposite. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to other students.
