We were advised by AIT to migrate to a new server for security purposes by a salesperson who failed to advise us of the vulnerabilities our aging website would be exposed to by this server "upgrade" or provide any instruction for using it. Our site was attacked and effectively destroyed by malware within a few months of being moved to the new server AIT recommended, after +/- 20 years of malware-free hosting on the previous server. AIT has provided no back-ups or support or compensation for their actions.

Been using AIT since 1997 as my hosting provider. Recently upgraded hosting services to their new more secure platform. All was completed quickly and satisfactory.

I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with AIT Inc has been beyond frustrating. I requested the cancellation of my server over two months ago, and despite multiple follow-ups, they failed to process the cancellation. To make matters worse, they continue to send invoices and demand payment for a service I no longer use or need. Their support is unresponsive and careless, and it’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them. In my professional career, this has been the worst hosting provider I’ve encountered. I would strongly advise others to stay away from AIT Inc. There are far better and more reliable options out there.

I reported a problem very late last night with the password decrypting the credit card info in the online order. AIT Customer Service had it up and running perfectly by first light this morning!

This is Kevin Flannery, I am personal friends with the AIT CEO Clarence Briggs and chose AIT because I trust him and his employees implicitly. I have been happy and impressed with all of AIT services and solutions for many years now. I highly recommend AIT to all.
