This is my second time engaging Alan. He is quick in his replies and managed to fix our storage heater's issue. He also showed initiative by rectifying other parts of our toilets. His workmanship is great and extremely tidy. Reliable, reasonable price and quality work! :)

His price is always reasonable and usually will extend further assistance to small issues when requested to help and solve. I've used other plumbing services but concluded he is the best! I would highly recommend to engage his plumbing service if required. No regrets...
I called for a leak and was told they would have someone to my house in a few hours, which was fine. About 30 minutes later I received a call that they had a cancellation and would it be ok to send over a plumber in the next one hour. Of course that was even better as my day was saved by not waiting around Alan arrived to my home within the next one hour after that call. Alan came in, identified the problem immediately and fixed it promptly. Well done to Alan!

On 12/7/20, I enquire about their service as my kitchen tap leaking, WhatsApp Alan ard 1000am, ask whether can come n he said yes, he came over ard 1430-1500, within ard 15 mins, settled. Excellent service by Alan 👍🏾.
