Honestly, working with Adcentric has been one of the easiest and best decisions we’ve made for the business. Perfect experience with Adcentric. I worked with Jess and Perry and, from our first meeting, they got to know my (service-based) business and what I hoped to achieve through my website. Their first draft came through quickly and was absolutely spot on. From the look and feel to the functionality, it helped me secure my first enquiry and first client within 24 hours of marketing. That would never have been so easily possible without them. Very poor service. Happy to promise the world but not to deliver. Months long delays with a very underwhelming final result littered with AI and no SEO (googling the company name didn’t even bring the website up until I did it myself) I wouldn’t recommend the company and wouldn’t refer. None of the post build support offered that was included in the quote (marketing and Google ads) and I had to constantly advise on what had actually been quoted as site wasn’t being built as per agreed. Was told build would take about 45 days, Actually took 4 months to fully complete at which point I was told an end date to get any changes in by as they would stop building then - I was absolutely not told I would get revisions until I was happy with the results and can’t actually remember ever being asked if everything was as I wanted. I just got fed up of being told they can’t do that- can’t use my branding font - can’t change the layout to add blurbs to each page as first discussed and I got fed up of being disheartened and just went away.
