I've been trying to contact them for months, and they don't answer my calls or emails, yet they keep charging me the website maintenance fee. I went to their office, and it turns out they closed after the summer. I'm warning everyone who has their website with them to request the termination of their maintenance contract in writing and stop paying the fee, because, frankly, they don't have anyone working there.

After several years of paying for a service, and having paid an initial fee (I don't remember the exact amount) for the website, I decided to cancel the service years later. The woman who assisted me said there were changes being made and that I should wait. I told her I would wait until the renewal date to see those changes. They never came! In January, I informed them that we were not continuing and that they should discontinue the service. I received no response, but I kept receiving invoices, and I replied saying that I had already requested the cancellation. A week ago, they requested the passwords for my website, the one I had paid for and which was supposed to be mine after a year. It turns out that the website doesn't exist, and that by canceling the service, I canceled everything 😳. But I paid for the website, and it was supposed to be mine forever. The domain, until it's paid for, isn't mine, that's clear, but is someone going to create a website with my domain? With the company name? I absolutely do not recommend them! I decided to write this review because of how badly they treated my website. (I can prove everything I'm saying because it's all in the form of WhatsApp messages.)
