We have purchased the Prestashop Microdata Integration module for Prestashop twice from the official Prestashop Addons Marketplace, and it has NEVER WORKED. The first time, we bought it because of the promising features advertised, but to our surprise, it never worked after we opened numerous support tickets with Adalop detailing the errors we encountered in the Google Microdata tool. After a few months, they sent us a message saying they had released a new update for the module and that the problems were now resolved. Trusting Adalop's advice, we bought the module again, hoping that it would finally work correctly and the errors would be fixed. To our further surprise, the module still hasn't worked to this day, so we've paid twice for a module that has only wasted our time and money. They excuse themselves by saying that the reasons their module isn't working are not their fault and that the errors are caused by other factors (they deny everything and make excuses, but the problem remains unresolved). Customer service has always been attentive and has responded to our messages; we have no complaints about that aspect. However, all the solutions they've offered for the module's errors have been completely ineffective in practical terms. The sad thing is that today, almost a year after we first bought the module, it still doesn't work. We asked them to fix it, and they told us we have to buy it a third time to get new updates/support, which is quite disappointing since it has never worked after we bought it twice and has generated a large number of errors in Search Console. As a company, we regret having to leave a negative review, but this is our experience with Ádalop. Understandably, we paid for something whose promised features never materialized, which, as retailers with over 30 years in the market, we consider completely unacceptable. It costs nothing to do the job properly and solve customer problems so they are satisfied. At least, that's how we operate in our company, and that's why we don't understand how other companies like Ádalop fail to provide good service.
