The technician Ryan Woodall came to my house after I scheduled an appointment concerning ants in my kitchen, mosquitoes in my yard and signs of a rodent outside. He is very knowledgeable and was able to explain the issues while teaching me about the process. He performed the service and I no longer have any current issues. He also explained how regular appointments would help deter pest and insects in the future along with making sure I performed the duty of keeping a clean house inside and outside. Ryan did a wonderful job and was very professional and I will ask for him specifically for my next appointment.

My technician was Starr and she was amazing! She was so nice and professional. She answered all my questions, even though we were standing around in 87 degree weather. She listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to help me with the carpenter ant and bee problems. She was also mindful of my pets and made sure they were not exposed in any way. Wonderful customer service!!

This was a follow up appointment to service some termite bait traps that were missed by a previous technician the week before. The technician (Ian Head) did an excellent job of servicing my termite bait traps. He checked each one thoroughly, and replaced several bait strips that needed it. I truly appreciate his professionalism. He was a pleasure to meet and I will be requesting him for my yearly termite inspections in the future.

We had a great service experience today with Ashley, the pest control professional. He was knowledgeable, professional, efficient and handled thoroughly. We are very pleased with the service and would highly recommend him.

I have been using this pest service for years. It is the absolute best there is. The service technicians are the nicest and most competent I have ever dealt with. I cannot say enough good things about Rentokil!
