Exceptionally friendly & expert HVAC service. John Lamb & Pat Bourke replaced my 2007 vintage hydronic kickspace heater with a new one. They arrived as scheduled, were professional and thorough with removing of the old unit and installation/testing of the new one. I appreciated the extra effort they put in to reinstall the cabinetry which needed to be removed to access the kickspace under the sink.

Outstanding on every level. The team from Accurate Baker Elman is the best of the best. From drew who installed a new water heater to the office team Kathleen and Susan made the process so easy. The professionalism, kindness and experience is a comfort and greatly appreciated.

While they arrived a little bit late, they were quick remove and replace our kitchen sink disposal unit. They were able to adapt a difference in size without much difficulty. Frank was experienced, capable, and courteous. Would recommend him to others.

So, did the rookie move and tried to replace a faucet in my bathroom late one night after work. I was so proud everything was going smoothly until I tried to attach the water hose and the pipe decided it did not want to hold and rotted out. That and the drain would not sit right. 12 pm ugh. No hot water, went to bed called Accurate Baker Elman after reading their reviews and scheduled the appt. John Lamb came out, and fixed the issue seamlessly. My daughter was at the house and stated he was truly a professional, after roasting her mother a bit for trying to be plumber. Lesson learned. Leave the plumbing to the professionals. Definitely would recommend.

Jake and Pat (along with John, Madison and Kathleen) were fantastic. We called after hours for a boiler issue and Jake and Pat were on site at 8am, diagnosed an issue, went to get a new part, and returned to get us up and running. They were friendly, well informed, and a pleasure to work with. I also trusted their take on the issue and didn’t feel like I was being oversold. Would gladly recommend this team!
