the person name Jacob, block me in email, he automatically cancel my subscription and also I mailed him 7 times and he did not replied me politely. very rude and not giving answer goodly. 11 month ago, I request for cancel my subscription but they not replied me because they want money from me. And they every month cut money from our card, around $1100. and now they are not providing refund. they block me and also blocked my account. They block all my way to contact them.
