I attempted to work with Michelle, Chief Executive Officer of Accodelades, on building a website for my business. Throughout the process, I made multiple efforts to communicate, including trying to get ahold of anyone, leaving voicemails and responding promptly whenever contact was made. Although I was told Michelle would follow up, she never did. I later attempted to connect with Michelle to continue the project on another platform where I understood her to be active. After minimal communication over a few days, I was told there had been miscommunication, despite my being timely, clear, and consistently willing to get on a call to align. The scope of work appeared extremely limited, with minimal to no automation, to the point where it felt as though I was paying simply to have photos and text inserted into a preset template. When my requests did not fit her standard process, communication was cut off by Michelle before the project could move forward. I spent several days attempting to reconnect and get aligned, only for the communication to end abruptly.

I cannot say enough great things about Michelle and the Accolades team! They were incredibly responsive, super friendly, and their work in web design was nothing short of outstanding. The team was so helpful in guiding me through both the design process and the hosting platform, making everything seamless and stress-free. Having worked with several web designers in the past, I can confidently say that no one even comes close to the amazing experience I had with this group. I cannot profess enough how excellent Michelle and her team are!!! I absolutely love the site they created for me and my father and his abstract paintings. I had been attempting to do this on my own for quite some time, and it just wasn't something I could create on my own. Michelle and her team addressed every request I made promptly and professionally. On top of her professionalism, Michelle is a great communicator and never made me feel uncomfortable or difficult when I had to explain my requests several times. I overthink my explanations sometimes, which can muddle my points. Michelle was always patient, kind, and understanding. The finished product was everything I could have hoped for and even more on top of that!
