We're 20 year customers with AC Warehouse. Yesterday they installed our new Daikin Inverter HVAC system with 12 year warranty. After our 10 year old system started to fail, X, our tech rep helped us through new options and supported us all along the way. The installation crew were knowledgeable, effective and fast. It only took them 5 hours to install an entirely new system, copper wires, new thermostat and everything! We love our new HVAC system; its efficient, quiet, and keeps our house at a constant temperature, perfect for our hot, steamy, FL summers. Thank you to AC Warehouse.
Mat Morin did a very professional job of repairing my AC unit. My appointment was originally late morning but he was able to come out earlier. He did a great job of explaining what he found and what was required to fix it along with a very reasonable estimate. It was obvious he really knew his job well. Because of the amazing work he did, I bought a maintenance plan. I would recommend him and AC Warehouse to everyone.
Julian and Dean did an excellent job installing the new A/C flex duct to improve airflow to our southern bedroom. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to properly assess the issue before completing the installation with great attention to detail. The temperature difference is clearly noticeable — the room is now much more comfortable, even during hot Florida afternoons.
Joe arrived on time, quickly diagnosed our issue, and went above and beyond to determine why we were experiencing limited airflow throughout the office. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to investigate the root cause rather than just addressing the symptoms. His knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to solving the problem were greatly appreciated.
