Abriza Rooftop Restaurant

The food was just so-so. I ordered a Pina Colada which tasted slightly diluted and seemed to barely have any alcohol in it. We also had lamb tacos, beef steak with fries, and a fried shrimp. We initially wanted to order the Jalapeno Cheese Poppers but the service staff told us it had already stopped serving that for a long time now, y'all should just remove it from the menu then. But the service was great and the ambient would have been a bit nicer if not for the fact that there was construction happening at the upcoming office building located just behind. The noise was a bit of an annoyance. But we enjoyed ourselves nonetheless.

The view is absolutely amazing especially on a cool evening. The food is mostly ready made food, not great but edible. The service though was terrible, we sat away from where the counter and bar was, no one came to check up to take our order, and when we go up to them to give our order or request for the bill, the staff looks like they were not pleased working here, they were on their phone and just there to pass time. Last straw that made us not want to order rounds of drinks are the chair, the plastic chair give our forearms and hands multiple mini splinters that made being there so uncomfortable. Despite the wonderful city view, the service and quality of food and drink really deters people from coming back again. Lots of improvement to be made and i would not recommend this place. Great rooftop bar with excellent cocktails and a relaxed atmosphere. The drinks were well-balanced and thoughtfully made and service was great with bartender Anish! Worth visiting if you’re looking for quality cocktails with a rooftop experience

My worst dinner in a very long time. Top 5 worst restaurants I've ever eaten at. How can it have 700 reviews and 4.5 stars? It's unbelievable. Everything was bad, the service was slow and disorganized. The beef was overcooked, the fries tasted like stale fish, and the shrimp and fish smelled strongly of something else. Luckily, I didn't get sick.

Horrible service and even worse food. Look at this 22$ burger and fries. It’s a burger patty. Already knew it was going to be bad when they didn’t ask for the desired doneness of the steak but I didn’t think it would be THIS bad. Requested them to switch the fan off for us to blow out a birthday cake and the staff demanded us to blow it immediately (candles were not even lit yet) so she could turn the one and only fan that blew at us back on. The restaurant was empty. Diabolical stuff
