I don't get why it's taking so long for this contractor to install these PVCs for the ceiling. It's been more than a month since it was procured (December 15), yet they keep on telling us they still don't have the materials to install it. What a waste of time. Project is ongoing for almost 8 months now. Target turnover is on the 27th of January, yet I don't see it getting completed anytime sooner. EDIT: As of January 25 (today), we were informed that they still haven't procured the finishing paints due to lack of budget. Two days 'til their target turnover and no budget for paints? That's ridiculous. As for the clips needed for the PVC ceiling, they just bought it yesterday (January 24) - 41 days since the panels were bought. The sense of urgency, huh?
