I have been a loyal customer of AB Design for several years. From their old shop until they moved to a new one, I always went to them whenever I needed printing services. Unfortunately, their recent service has caused me to stop being their loyal customer. From the beginning, I dealt with them politely and professionally, but all I received were sarcastic replies and irritating solutions. Was planning to order hundreds of banners, streamers and flyers for my upcoming business but too bad you are no longer in my list. Please improve your customer service skills. You have lost one of your loyal customers.

I’m not sure what it means when your WhatsApp completely ignores customer messages. If you really can’t manage it, perhaps just let me know, I can understand that. But ignoring customers completely? It makes me feel like a clown begging you to send me a quotation, only to be left on ‘seen!
