He was patient with my concerns and questions which I really appreciated. I felt assured to have him apply his knowledge in customising the treatment plan (I.e. when to use bait or spray). He also went the extra mile to treat the booklice in my drain. Administrative/sales staff who helped with my booking were also prompt with their responses!

Absolutely outstanding service from the team , Alvin and Kelvin was hands on and very proactive, they survey our area and find the problems and implement all solutions immediately to help solve our housefly issue. despite being late at night they came after shop closing time to help rectify the issue , after the implementation of the new measures housefly issue has been greatly reduce. Although it’s our job to sealed out any door gaps, they went the extra mile to purchase necessary door gap seals to help us seal our door gaps to prevent any housefly intrusion. Solid effort by them! They deserve to be recognised for their efforts! Well done 👍
