We all know the true cost of web hosting is nothing to do with the initial cost of the service but the long term costs involved with downtime, problem fixing etc are what really matters. In the past with other web hosting companies i have experienced ridicule even rudeness from their support staff for not understanding all of the technical jargon, which does not help anyone meaning you loose so much time and therefore money trying to find a way forward. With Aapkiweb i have only ever received professional helpful advise from customer support staff who quite obviously understand and care about your problems no matter how obvious it may seem to some. I don't usually bother writing reviews as usually it would be negative which tends to sound like sour grapes but i rarely experience such good customer service that i feel i should recommend Aapkiweb to anyone wanting an excellent product with the reassurance that any problem encountered will be dealt with very quickly leaving you to get on with your own work. 4 Stars.

Hello Tabassum, This is not fair from your side. I expect a professional approach from you and thought that you are calling from the bottom of heart " Bhai". We have paid for all the services in advance and you are not responding to our calls neither delivered the service as offered. Your previous review and other people recommendation was good. But you literally ruin everything. Please be gentle to pay us back if you are not responding to our messages or calls.
