A Beautiful Day Café Tea Room + Cocktail Bar

A lovely hidden gem just a short walk from Paya Lebar MRT! The café has a beautiful vintage-inspired ambience and offers a unique selection of Japanese-fusion dishes alongside an extensive tea menu. We tried the rice paper wrapped salmon chazuke, which was simple, comforting, and packed with flavour from the warm soy milk collagen dashi. The kou shui ji soba was another highlight, with refreshing cold noodles and a well-balanced broth that was sweet, tangy, and slightly spicy. We also enjoyed the burnt scallion beurre blanc chicken gyoza, which came in a rich, creamy sauce balanced by truffle. For drinks, the Mango Energy Spark was my favourite — fruity, refreshing, and perfect for Singapore's weather. Overall, a great spot if you're looking for something a little different from the usual brunch cafés. The cosy ambience, unique tea creations, and comforting food make it well worth a visit!

A Beautiful Day Café Tea Room + Cocktail Bar is such a cosy hidden gem with beautiful Victorian-inspired interiors and a really relaxing atmosphere. The space feels calm and unhurried, making it perfect for long catch-ups, slow afternoons, or even just winding down with good food and drinks. Bonus points for being pet-friendly too! We tried the Aburi Truffles Beef Chazuke, Koi Shui Ji Soba, and Burnt Scallion Beurre Blanc Chicken Gyoza — every dish was thoughtfully done and packed with flavour. The chazuke was especially comforting with rich truffle notes and tender beef. Their drinks menu was equally impressive. The Tropical Digestive Elixir and Citrus Immunity Shine were both refreshing and well-balanced. Overall, a lovely spot with great ambience, quality food, and drinks that make you want to stay for hours. Would definitely come back again!

Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at this quaint cafe at the Paya Lebar area. Came for lunch on a Saturday and it was quite crowded. The taste of the food really surprised me as I didn’t have much expectations since I didn’t really hear of this place prior to this. Tried the Tempura Prawn with Tobiko Chazuke which was very well balanced with the different flavours from the tempura, mentaiko and the broth. We also got the Udon with Wild Mushroom & Scallion Essence. Noodles were cooked perfectly with the right bouncy texture and taste. The Berry Glow Boost and Citrus Immunity Shine were also very refreshing and a good way to end the meal! Would definitely recommend this place :)

I would personally prefer this than the salmon! 🍊Citrus Immunity Shine (Cold) - refreshing and glass is big! 🥭Earl Grey Mango (Cold) - fragrant mango smell and refreshing definitely! 💯 would go back for this! Pets friendly as well! They have both indoor and outdoor seatings! For those who worked nearby can go for their lunch promo from $14.90 for a main and appetizer! Definitely recommend folks to at least try their pretty fruit teas! 💯💯💯
