After some walking exercise at the park, had planned to at western meal. Skip the one in the park and decided to give this stall a try. I ordered the Aglio Olio chicken chop $8. It was good. Not too salty and had good flavour both from the mushroom gravy with loaded garlic. Pasta was perfectly cooked. The quality of the chicken wasn't disappointing. Fresh meat and not thin sliced. I'll come back again for other items. Good Job!

Portions are substantial for a $5 meal ;) I ordered the pork chops with buttered rice; it came with a sunny side up egg too 👍 I was expecting just a single piece of meat, but to my surprise I got two! Wow, such a generous deal... and the chops were very tender with bite 😋 I didn't find the butter rice special; would have preferred saffron rice instead. Egg had runny yolk, which is to my liking 😀 It's also a nice dip for the pork lol I wonder how long this value-for-money promo will last. Better hurry back for another round soon, so thinks #MHTamChiak 😉

Donkey and I were feeling hungry after a good jog, so we headed to KPT Coffee Shop, a familiar spot known for its cozy vibes and decent coffee.We were pleasantly surprised to find a Western food stall tucked away within the coffee shop called "5dot7western." I was intrigued by the menu, so I decided to order the SA Grilled Salmon with Mashed Potatoes—a classic choice that sounded comforting and delicious. What We Loved: • The Salmon & Mashed Potatoes: After waiting about 15-20 minutes (which was a little longer than we expected), our food arrived on a trusty vazel—a common sight in many food courts and cafes. But trust me, the wait was totally worth it! The salmon was perfectly cooked—tender and slightly crispy on the outside—and rested beautifully on a bed of creamy, flavorful mashed potatoes. It was a feast for the eyes and our taste buds! Both the salmon and mashed potatoes were piping hot, which is always a bonus, especially after a workout. The combination of the savory salmon and the comforting mashed potatoes made for a truly satisfying meal. Donkey’s Take: The salmon was cooked just right! My Take: I loved the mashed potatoes! They were so flavorful. What We Didn’t Love: • The Service: We had a bit of a letdown with the service. I felt like we were overlooked for a while, and it took a bit of time for someone to acknowledge our order.
