They promise you the world when they try to sell you the phones but after they get their money they could care less about what happens to you and your phone plan. We were sold some new phones with them and it was great at first until after a while the bill started changing and we were led to believe that it would go down but I guess it was just another script. When you need their help they ghost you and act like they're busy when they aren't. This company is a pyramid scheme who is ran by a bunch of kids playing dress up to make themselves feel like they're important. Don't associate yourself with this company whatsoever. They all make you feel like your family just to get you to buy but they're all scammers who would do anything for minimum payment lol

I ended up buying AT&T fiber through Nathan Francis and had a easy smooth experience. He answered all my questions and helped me through the whole process. Great job Nathan, keep serving families.

I had a wonderful time talking with Alex, who was very helpful and provided an amazing customer service! I highly recommend him as he is an amazing worker! He was patient and very understanding with me as I am not very knowledgeable about these things but he took his time to teach me. Great guy!

Favian was so helpful and spent a few hours just to make sure we were able to get our deal. He was friendly and truly did his job at giving us the best experience and customer service. Only door salesman that has gotten more than 5 minutes of my time just because he talked to us as people and not as if he was just trying to sell something. Really great person and experience.
