I had my ring resized. There were no issues with the finish or the time I was serving the customer for repair requests. When I picked up my ring, the staff member assisting me kept glancing at me, whether it was a familiar face or a potential new customer entering the store, which made me unsure whether they were properly inspecting my ring. As I watched without saying anything, the staff member left it to another staff member and ran toward the customer without saying a word to me. This was very unpleasant. I purchased my ring at another store, but they were very kind to me and I would like to purchase from the staff member who handled me again if the opportunity arose. However, this experience has erased that feeling. My only impression is that they treat customers who don't generate sales roughly. It's understandable, since it's a customer service job, but even if they were taking over, wouldn't they have been better off saying something to the customer they were serving? It's unfortunate that this has etched a new unpleasant feeling into my memory of the ring.

Because I had to have it remade, the ring won't arrive in time for my wedding, which is awful. It's a sad and disappointing experience for a special event like your wedding, so if you're considering purchasing a ring here, please be careful.
