Five stars are not enough! What can one say about this excellent team? We entrusted 3ds with the construction of our new website and the result exceeded all expectations! All the associates — Yiannis Pantazis, Dimitris, Othonas, Vasilis and Nikos (and sorry if we forgot anyone!) — stand out for their ethos, their professional training and their commitment to the best possible result. From our first meeting, they showed remarkable empathy, a real understanding of our activity and its specificities, as it is not ordinary: we run a recreational diving school. They highlighted our comparative advantage and managed to transfer our philosophy and vision to the digital world. Always to the point, with substantive comments and useful observations, they helped us — and continue to help us — to effectively develop our online and physical presence. Completely frivolous e-shop construction work. They do not give the management of the e-shop they build unless you sign to get it. They do not train you on how to operate the management of (your) e-shop that they built, which is why they make you sign to get it. In our case, they allowed another e-commerce of another store to exist in the payment method, so when we had a cart (order) from our customer, the money for our order was not credited to our account but to another account of another e-shop, which, strangely enough, they had built themselves. The fatality of the case is that they allowed personal (corporate) data and bank accounts of third parties who have nothing to do with us to exist. What interests do they serve? We will solve all this and many more in court through the service of the economic crime that they committed against us. BEWARE, if they talk to you about (interconnection) such as a warehouse, call center, etc., know that you have endless problems as people are completely irrelevant, do not know and will experiment on you just like they did on us!!!! Finally, the platform for creating and building the e-shop they built is an outdated method that existed 20 years ago. As a result, Google sends you to the unclaimed. Its name is Joomla which is now ancient, wherever you ask they will tell you (FAR AWAY). WE WILL SAY FACE TO FACE AND FAR AWAY FROM SUCH PEOPLE. All that glitters is not gold.
