I shopped around for an architect in POP for a house that I intend to build in the near future. 3D offered me a competitive price, their architect speaks English, and they are conveniently located near the Banreservas at the entrance to Torre Alta. Plenty of parking. My experience with them was smooth and without hidden surprises. If you have been in DR for some time, then you can probably relate to how valuable that is. I am very pleased with the final product and their professionalism made it easy for me to work with them. Highly recommended.
Responded to questions very quickly. I was happy to find that they had an architect that spoke perfect English as well. Will use them for all of my design needs. Currently working with them on a multi-unit project !
