EXCELLENT customer service is an understatement. I contacted Jacob at the last minute to get 500 cups made for our local High School boys to throw at the HOCO parade. He expedited the order and there were no hidden fees. The cups came out exactly like I asked. We will definitely be using 3b&e in the future! (note these were double sided)
